Mr. Kahraman worked as a Tax Inspector in the Ministry of Finance from 1990 to 2000.

He then served as Projects Director in the World Bank and the European Investment Bank between 2000 and 2003.

After carrying out his duties as the Financial Coordinator in the European Commission Turkish Delegation from 2003 to 2009, Mr. Kahraman joined Moore Turkey as tax partner in April 2009.
