Tuncay Gündüzlü served as Assistant Inspector, Inspector and Assistant Manager of Internal Audit in Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları A.Ş. Risk Management and Internal Audit Department from 1987 to 2011.

Tuncay Gündüzlü, who was involved in various projects related to administrative services and restructuring in the same institution from 2011 to 2014, joined Moore Turkey as Director of Quality Control at the beginning of 2014.
