Born in 1988, Erol Tuzal completed his elementary and high school education at the college level.
He holds an associate degree from the Department of Informatics, Wirtschafts Informatics University (Vienna) and also graduated from Department of Business Administration, Anadolu University in Eskişehir.

He has been serving as a Business Development and Human Resources Manager in Moore Turkey family since 2016.
